20% Deposit due at signing of contract. An additional 30% due 7 days prior to party date. You may make a 50% deposit at signing. The balance is due upon delivery of services. Cancellation or changes in party numbers may be done any time up to 7 days prior of the function date.
AGREEMENT
By signing this contract, I agree to pay Mahoney's Irish Pub & Restaurant all deposits with balance due upon delivery of service. I also agree that I forfeit my deposit if I cancel services 7 days or less prior to the scheduled event. And with the understanding that any reduction of guest 7 days prior or less to the date will not be accepted.
